Alas, so far I have only scattered notes for this section; and it’s not covered elsewhere in the book.
However, “Wholeness, connection, and meditation: Competing visions” contains a brief treatment from a Buddhist perspective. Its part on “monist mysticism” is pretty much a complete-stance critique of monism. Brief, though!
